I am pleased with Lucky Hands Casino because of a few things. I had forgot about even going to the site and and opening a account. When quite a while later, I get a e-mail stating that my sweep coin amount was going to expire soon, and that I should log into my account to prevent losing them. That shows some class on Lucky Hands part. And for me that has played on the sweeps platform for a while now, its the first time any casino has notified me of such a thing. I had to update some of my account information that had changed. And no pressure was placed on me to do it and was told to contact support if I needed assistance. The update got done easily. They were also patient with me since I'm slow at typing and only know how to do things on my tablet that I need to know.
