I believe that yes it's a scam in a weird not 100% type way. I found lucky hands and as hooked immediately! After I started investing a lot of money into this casino I was on a bonus spinning $1.25 a spin the "China pots " was up $280 kept spinning going for the bonus got down to $30 and finally hit the bonus . The bonus' are great I believe and pay out . I started hitting the jackpots and one bonus was the multiple so I had jackpots and ten dollar coins x 25 which is a pretty penny I didn't get to finish my bonus it kicked me out the game I tried getting back in and NOPE says internal error. Yes I'm hot !! Bonus was getting close to about a grand and this happens! Not a coincidence ! I payy money to play and when the money starts looking pretty they jump ship and it's like spinning in circles and hitting a dead horse you get nowhere with he live support or there phone number. Didn't get to speak with anyone that could resolve the problem t.the finger was pointed at the next person. I was told the issue was being taken care of and they gave me $10 . R u serious! 10 $ after thousands I have spent with lucky hands that's 8 spins . So then hours and hours later I reach back out to support and still nothing! So I speak my mind and what gets me is support thinks that $70 in sweep coins was going to drive me into being satisfied and happy. Hell no it made me a lil more upset . I felt like they think I'm dumb ASF. So here we are today still waiting to see what internal error could have happened in the middle of a bonus . I do say that the redemption when u make it that far is really really awesome and easy!! I was impressed . Just wish this issue would get resolved and fixes so I can not be upset. Oh and I almost forgot . My dumba$$ has been still spending money with LH and now it says my transactions are failed. Like I'm being punished and abused bc I'm not happy with hitting a bonus and now it's like it never existed and support can care less.

Their verification portal is broken. I went to verify, and can't get to the bank statement part of the verification. I've verified with verif at least 10 times in the past on other sites and never had an issue. Usually now all I have to do is the selfie because verif has all ofy other info stored. Live support couldn't figure it out so they dumped me off to email. Will update later with development. Other than the irritating verification loop, decent site.
