You may have gone to the wrong website, as luckygames.io is often confused with other sites that have “lucky” in their names. You haven’t provided any information that would allow us to identify you or clarify the situation. We don’t usually ask for a passport to process a payout; we only do so for AML verification if funds have been frozen by an exchange. I also see that you later left a lot of negative reviews about LuckyGem; it seems you may have confused our website with LuckyGem. We do not and have never had support through Facebook. You must have the wrong service. We are often confused with other sites that have the word lucky in their name.
