They give you 25 to start they claim no topups and no thrush holds immediate payout.it is all lies.i have 900.00 went to withdraw was told I had to make a 19.99 deposit to withdraw I did .then could only withdraw 40.00 then it said to get remaining amount you have deposit 60.00 to be VIP and get the rest of your money I deposited 60.00then I was able to with draw 100.00 then it said I needed to deposit 200.00 to get remaining amount.i called customer service no help I want the money I deposited back in my account this is fraud

Less then 1 star I made the deposit required for my 1st withdraw then once I won a decent amount it wouldn't let me play anymore til I deposited more to hit tier 2 vip to withdraw 1000 . I made the deposit it then only allowed $500. Just to block it stating I had to wager over $6000 to get it or deposit another $500 for tier 3 to get the withdraw.

PLEASE READ!!! I have had an extremely frustrating experience with this online casino platform. On 4/29/2026, I submitted a withdrawal request for $500. I was informed that I needed to complete a 5x turnover (wagering) requirement before the withdrawal could be processed. I worked toward that requirement and reached 5,814.74 out of the required 6,120.78, which is approximately 95% complete. However, since reaching that point, my progress appears to have completely frozen. Throughout the entire month of May, despite playing daily, the turnover amount has not increased and the withdrawal remains unavailable. To become eligible for withdrawals, I deposited a total of $299.99 and reached the level required to withdraw up to $1,000. Once I attempted to withdraw, I found that the withdrawal was limited to $500, and despite meeting nearly all of the wagering requirements, I have been unable to access those funds. Since this issue began, I have repeatedly contacted customer support, which the company advertises as "industry-leading." Unfortunately, the responses I received were inconsistent and often unrelated to my actual concern. I was told: My withdrawal was "in queue for review." I needed to participate in the 5x turnover task. The platform operates on a membership system and that I needed to become a member, despite finding no information about such a requirement anywhere on the website. My losses were due to "bad luck," that I should adjust my strategy, and that I should continue to make additional deposits. The last response was especially concerning because my complaint was not about losing money while playing. My issue is that my withdrawal and turnover progress appear to be frozen, preventing me from completing the requirements and accessing my funds. After more than a month of daily play, numerous support requests, and being stuck at approximately 95% completion of the wagering requirement, I still have no resolution, no clear explanation, and no access to my withdrawal. Based on my experience, I would strongly advise potential customers to carefully review the platform's withdrawal requirements and support practices before depositing money.

Made over $60 in deposits want let me withdrawal funds $401 nor let me continue to play without withdrawal but want let me. And on deposit history non of my deposits are being recorded

You make a deposit and it will let you win like crazy. Then you are prompted to withdraw money . When you attempt to withdrawal you will be hit with an amount to pay to be able and withdraw your money. They might pay you 40 bucks in the beginning but the second you try and withdraw anything over a 100 dollars the website goes silent and no body will answer. They won't pay you out

They are scamming us out of our money. Saying one thing then bam another requirement to withdraw. And if you don't deposit there is no playing.
