Don't get me wrong the game is really good the thing is what I don't I gave this rate was because when I deposit it through cash app it keeps saying it failed wasn't going through three times I tried so I went back to the app to to see if I could let them know what's up or change my payment and then but I looked in cash app and it took my money it took two payments for 1999 just happened on April 30th and I was not able to withdraw I don't know what what happened it did it so fast like I didn't even tap on anything I just seen it like do whatever I don't even know then when I went to the page to see what name did it withdrawal from if you just send me to a different page it just blew me off and I don't know what happened to the payment but I sure didn't receive it I do have the receipts I just want to know what's up with my payment and how do I get in touch with customer service

So many hidden fees and you can't withdraw your winnings unless you comply the required bets. Like if you wanted to withdraw 5000, you need to bet at least 33,000. Or you you have to upgrade your VIP account in VIP 3 that requires you to cash in 2000 pesos .

I wouldn't rate them anything but order for me to warn people I have to leave a star. They are a scam trust me they are a scam I won big about three times on the fish games. There was a pop up message that said, i can withdraw now. When i was playing fish games . I was past $200. Then when I went to withdrawal they said I need to deposit what I can order to get my money. So long story short we put money on my card. deposited $20. And the only thing I got from them was two people trying to steal off my cash app. Both people try to take $86 each out my cash app. Luckily I didn't have any money on my cash app. they told me that I will get $300 of my wins at that time when I actually won $595 they were going to send me the $300 if I'm allowed I have a bunch of screenshots I will post them to prove that there is scam. I will post the pictures that I screenshot. It's way over 24 hours and still nothing. There not going to send my winnings because they're a scam the whole setup is a scam just be careful. I warned you if you want to lose your money I mean at least it's was only $19 deposit and for the people here that are lying and saying the staff are nice cut it out you're lying stop making up shit. Their customer service is Messenger and they'll tell you you.. to deposit receive your Redemption whatever that's supposed to mean they are not even human you will message and AI so if you want to lose your money they are a scam they taking our money.

I don't understand why i have to make a deposit before I can withdraw what I've already won!!!??
