SCAME ALERT!
SCAME ALERT!! They don’t honor free play when you promote them with your snap shot of a big win . And after you do win they do somthing to your account so you don’t win again. I know this because it’s not the only game room I play at and other game rooms I am playing fine on fire Kirin on there horrible . Everytime you start to do anything hint good it kicks you out of game . But I have never been kicked out when I was loosing ironic… they want you to promote and refer but don’t give incentive for such. They argue with there customers about everything instead of finding a common ground and solution. BEWARE!!_ not worth the time energy or money . Find another game room !!

lately every penny I load just gets sucked into whatever game I'm playing this is why I quit playing on skills and slots I feel blacklisted in the beginning I thought I'd found a new home for playing but I'm not sure now I'm tired of losing every penny I load
Response from Luck ShackMay 25, 2026
Hi Jon, We completely understand your frustration and are sorry to hear you've had a cold streak lately. We know how discouraging it can be when the reels just aren't hitting. Please know that all of the platforms we offer at Luck Shack use certified Random Number Generators (RNG), meaning every single spin or game is entirely based on luck, and no player is ever "blacklisted" or targeted. The odds are the same for everyone, every time! 🍀 We would love to see your luck turn around. If you ever want to check out different platforms or have any questions about your account, please reach out to our support team directly. We are always here to help you find the best games!
