I just want to leave a glowing review for the purchase I made from Lucenjeri. The ring I ordered was indeed what I was hoping for! The customer service , jewelry consultant named Christine was very efficient and extremely responsive to my every need during the process of selection of the ring, answering of all questions and direction on how to place the order. I was so satisfied with the entire experience and ring itself, I will be ordering through them again. I will also be recommending them as a company to friends going forward !

I was so happy with my first purchase I decided to add to my collection. I ordered a smaller diamond this time and a different cut (Asscher) I wanted to try something new. The Asscher cut yellow gold diamond necklace was an excellent addition and will go well with a dress I purchased for an upcoming cruise to the Mediterranean. Very pleased with this company

Both pieces came with diamond certificates. Highly recommended if you are looking for some beautiful jewelry in lab created diamonds.

Excellent service very professional

Honestly one of the most hands on customer service Ive ever had to deal with. I was looking for jewelry for my wedding that is coming up very shortly. And let’s just say I waited till the last minute so when I found this website and found a necklace, I really liked I was hesitant to buy because I wasn’t sure it was gonna come on time. I couldn’t find much on this company so I was a little hesitant at first but then after talking with their fantastic customer service and seeing a pretty high rating here I went through with the purchase. I then messaged their customer service team, letting them know like I’m a little nervous about their timeline and they kept me posted through every step as well as rushed it and gave me an ugrade. It literally got here so fast i now have it a whole week before my wedding. I opened it this morning and every part of this has felt luxury the box and presentation when it arrives he’s literally gorgeous. And the jewelry is so beautiful. It’s dainty and gorgeous and everything I could imagine. I literally could not be more happy with my choice and I highly recommend this company.

Wonderful experience!! Couldn’t have gone better! Ordered a diamond necklace for my wife for our 25th Anniversary…..it was initially scheduled to arrive 1 day prior to the big day. 1 week before I emailed them just for peace of mind that it would arrive on time. Received an immediate, friendly response with a shipping update and assurance it'd be there. As for the necklace….absolutely gorgeous!! My wife loves it! We are blown away by the color and clarity.
