Am I being scammed? I ordered 3x light pendants and bulbs on 05/10/2026. On 11/10 I was provided 3x tracking numbers for Australia Post, which to this day (2weeks later) are still showing as an invalid tracking number. I still haven’t received the items being well outside the delivery timeframe provided by the company. I also haven’t received any updates since the “tracking” numbers were issued. I’ve also had to cancel my electrician/installation booking as the items are still not here (he’s difficult to book in during this time of year). I’ve also lost the deposit on this… Should I be worried? Is this a legitimate business?

Having recently purchased some pendant lights, my problem was the ceiling roses were not large enough to cover the holes left from the existing downlights. After discussing with Lubrel's customer service, no problem to send larger ones which arrived on time before the electrician returned. I was impressed by their service and would have no hesitation highly recommending them for wonderful lights and professional service Dee Butler

I have to be honest. I ordered two Bohemian glass pendants to hang over my dining table and after three weeks or so I was told that my delivery was being held by customs. I waited a bit longer, until I began to be very suspicious that this company was a scam. I went to my local post office with the tracking number to try and shed some light into the whereabouts of my delivery. Tracking number couldn't be traced by Australia Post and the manager and staff were all convinced that this company is a fraudulent one. Well it couldn't be farther from the truth. In fact I owe this company an apology. As soon as I stopped the payment I made for my order, customer support mailed a second shipment of two new lights which arrived in two weeks. The first shipment was still being held by customs here in Australia. So it turns out I was completely wrong. Lubrel Lighting Company is a genuine company with outstanding customer support. They answered my questions straight away, kept me updated throughout the whole process and it turned out that the first shipment was finally released by customs and also delivered to my house. The quality of the pendants is excellent but what really stood out is the customer service. They don't even require me to resend the second shipment to them, but told me to keep these extra two lights to use in another part of the house or to donate to family or friends. And this is not all - they have given me a voucher to spend for my next order to compensate me for all the worry and trouble that I went through with my first shipment. Lubrel Lighting Company is a genuine company. The products I received are beautiful and their support is exceptional. They turned a worried and doubtful customer into a very loyal one. Very happy and will order again. Highly recommend!! - Marthese

Edited: after some confusion due the lack of initial tracking, I can confirm I have received the products. The items arrived well packed and as advertised. Good quality. The team was very responsive. **** I ordered from them, and as no delivery details were sent after a couple of days, I asked to cancel. As soon as I sent the email, they created a label with Australia Post and replied to my email saying they could no longer cancel the item because it had already been sent, but I could return it after receiving. This was Friday, the 7th of August, and five days later, Australia Post hasn't picked up the parcel yet, as per their tracker. It seems very dodgy, and if nothing changes, I will open a dispute with the bank.

Order confirmed on 22/07/26 today is August 7th and still no delivery details. Company has been responsive to emails but be aware the delivery is very slow. I hope the pendant is worth it!!!

I ordered 2 items around six weeks ago. They have not arrived, and the tracking number I was given doesn’t exist in Aus Post’s system. Potentially a scam? Edited: our items finally arrived after 8 weeks. Customer service was responsive and apologetic.

The lamp quality is impressive - it feels more durable and well-finished than a lot of options I've seen in stores nearby.
