Scam. Impossible to return. They just stopped responding.

DO NOT ORDER FROM LSEAT.COM- They sent the wrong item. When they finally answered my emai request for their return shipping address, they told me to overnight then package and send them a tracking number (which I did-several times). It has now been months and they refuse to respond to my emails and have never refunded the money for the product- I paid almost $400 for seat covers. I now do not have the covers or the money- I reported to BBB and they responded with "Unfortunately, we aren't able to pursue this complaint because the BBB is unable to determine if the business is located in our service area, business is either unreachable by mail or email, fails to respond to BBB complaints, or appears to be out of business. Rest assured, the information you provided us has assisted in the information that we give to the public regarding this business. " BBB said they were unable to get in contact and was a scam- DO NOT ORDER

AVOID THE COMPANY!!! Impossible to get in touch with. I've called, left messages, emailed several times and nothing. Fasteners were sewn on backwards and now we have to spend extra money taking to an upholstery shop to fix. I had hope that maybe they would contact me back but then I spent time reading other people's reviews.....not good.

Sent out for seats for my 2000 Ford Mustang convertible, it was during Covid so it took a little longer I understand. When I receive my seats my installer looked over them and found several large imperfection in the leather, when you further inspected them you found out they were too small for my seat. After several attempt to reach to Company no one responded to me till nearly 3 weeks of calling. They authorized me to send my seats back which I did waiting now over a month for a refund that I don’t think I’m going to be getting. Go to cat skins they’re better seats they cost more moneyThey work with you and respond to phone calls and emails. The money you save is a gamble if you get a good seat cover or not

Pretty disappointed... I was cool with paying $400+ and waiting two months but the covers don't fit. The materials are ok and the stitching is acceptable though a bit sloppy. The problem is that they did not use the right pattern. These are going on a Classic 1993 Saab 900 Convertible with electric seats. They have a specific listing for this seat on the order page and I selected it correctly. What they sent me is from a pattern designed to fit an older 900, 1990 and back, not electric. So, worked for hours yesterday to see if I could make them work. Have my drivers seat disassembled. Trying to go to the company and get satisfaction seems like it will just lead to more frustration. Not sure how to proceed here this morning. So, it's a gamble, might work out for you, but maybe not too.

Do not try to buy. You will loose your money without getting the product. You wont hear from the company after they have your money. Save you and your time trying to get your money back thrrough 3rd party services.

Very bad craftsmanship. Stitching was incomplete or missing in some areas. Leather selection was poor and did not match tanning pattern in the most visible place - front seat. The covers do not fit brand new foam as they should. Caution, the seats are not 100% leather. Sides are made out of vinyl and look like cheap seat covers. Communications is poor. They did not answer my numerous requests to fix this issue. Don't throw $700.00 away. They jobed out the seats to a Texas company. No QC.
