The only game in town for made to order obscure car seats.
When it comes to new seat upholstery for a DeLorean there are not that many options. I was happy to find Lseat.com and it they saved me hundreds of dollars compared to the only other supplier of DeLorean seat upholstery. It did take some time to get but you have to consider everything is made to order. There were a couple little things that were different compared to the original seats but they were very minor and I can't complain for the price. These differences though could be a problem if you were going for a concourse restoration. Overall the quality of the materials and the stitching feels very heavy duty. I will totally be buying from Lseat again for future restorations. They have an extensive list templates and may be the only game in town when you're working on an interior of an old obscure car.

I'd DEFINITELY buy them again but there…
I'd DEFINITELY buy them again but there are important things to know before you buy
I REALLY wanted to give these 5 stars! They're ABSOLUTELY worth the price, but their inexpensive cost comes at other costs.
These were for my '86 Jaguar XJ6, including both front seats with headrests and the rear bench seat. The leather looks and feels nice enough and they were basically well sewn. I covered the rear bench seat, front headrests, and the bottoms of the front seats myself since they were pretty straight forward and I have some experience reupholstering cars. The seatbacks of the front seats of these Jags are a little complicated so I had them put on by a local shop that's been doing high-end interiors for over 40 years. It took some time for me to get them right because of the way they're constructed--they're ALL leather--and although you'd think that's a positive, it causes problems with flexibility and fit (the originals had thin material sections they wrap around to attach them to the frames but even these sections are leather, making fitment very difficult). The pro who did the front seatbacks said the same thing and also said the leather is very stiff, making it even more difficult (although I know he's used to using covers that are FAR more expensive, using the best leathers and construction methods available).
But the biggest issue the shop and I both had was that when they're made, they're apparently marked on the backside of the leather with some kind of marker. When you use a heat gun to remove wrinkles--a standard practice used by every shop--these markings start to show through to the front side of the seats and they do not fade away over time. Luckily for me I noticed it happening in an inconspicuous spot and stopped before it got worse, then warned the shop about it although it also happened to them on one spot. So be very careful if using heat! My seats are a medium blue (the site calls the color Navy Blue) and this may only be an issue with certain colors, or maybe it was just a fluke since I haven't read of anyone else having this issue.
As many others have said, communication could be better and if I hadn't read that from others before ordering I may have been concerned, but I did get responses through email even if they lacked detail.
But overall these are without a doubt worth the money when comparing the $700 I paid (plus $200 I paid the shop to cover the front seatbacks) to the $4,000 cost of them from a Jag restoration shop--not including installation.

Great experience!!
Purchased seat covers for my Lexus. Reasonable price. Took about 3 weeks to be delivered. Installed them and they fit well and look great. Actually think they are better quality than the originals. Great experience.

Very Pleased
I had reservations about LSeat due to some of the reviews but LSeat is the only company who offered to use my old covers as templates to reproduce the rare 64 Caddy Fleetwood special 60 covers I needed. My local upholstery company wouldn’t take it on and recommended to find covers. Looked high and low then went with LSeat. They responded promptly but briefly by email and the only complain I could find is that they were brief in their emails. Which is fine. I got the product back the price was outstanding and brought the cover to a local shop to put on and they said the quality was very good close to factory. In addition my local shop said the vendors they use take twice as long as LSeat. My suggestion to you if you buy from LSeat is Be Patient. You will not find another company making seat covers for this price in this amount of time.

I am happy with the end result
I am happy with the end result. L-Seat website shows they have the patterns for my 2004 Ford Excursion with three rows of seating. Front and back rows came in fine and fit perfectly. The second row 60-40 seats were made wrong and wouldn't fit. I filed a dispute through Visa and also contacted L-Seat by email. L-Seat immediately responded by asking for my old seat covers to be mailed to them in Texas. I received the correct covers three weeks later. So overall I am happy but disappointed that L-Seat never answers the phone and that the correct seat cover patterns were not used the first time.
