OUT OF BUSINESS ! as of 2/18/2020 according to BBB. DO NOT ORDER. In addition, I called ebay to alert them to take this company down and they are useless !. I purchased through ebay 4 years ago from this Lseat company and the product arrived no problem. Now all I was trying to do was order a bit more leather and its a nightmare and their out of business. all the ebay rep could tell me was the call was recorded, OMG !. I tried

DO NOT SPEND (LOOSE) YOUR MONEY WITH THIS COMPANY. Without doubt the worst company I have ever used. They take incompetence to a whole new level. I ordered seat covers and some matching hide to trim the door panels. The seat covers were shipped as stated after two weeks but once received the issues started. First off the covers come folded and vacuumed packed which has permanently creased the covers. I spent a long time steaming and heat gun work on the covers which removed most of the creases but some are there for good. The seat base is a good fit, the seat back after all the work on them is just about an average fit and the headrest covers are terrible and look awful. Then we come to the hide, it was missing from the order. I have contacted them countless times and been told every time they will resend. I finally managed to get them to resend what should have been 8sqft of hide only to receive a sample sheet with tinny samples of all the different colours. This has been going on for 15 weeks now. No hide, no refund, no apology....nothing. The only positive if you can call it that is they did always reply to emails although they lie and don't do what they say the are going to do. The replies have now stopped since I have asked for a refund. After the experience I've had I would suggest that some of the positive reviews are fake, even if they are not just look at the feedback, you have about a 50/50 chance of getting your covers or being ripped off. The company address they give is just a UPS shipping center, you have to ask why they give out a fake address. I would never use them again and cannot recommend them, I would rather spend twice the price and buy from another company.

Will not respond after dozens of emails and calls. Rear seat covers arrived incorrectly patterned; lseat asked that i send my original to work from. Only correspondence has been 9 months ago telling me they are working on it. Not a peep since. Simply maddening to kiss $350 goodbye. DO NOT SEEK THE TREASURE!!!

Follow up. Today had relative go to Lseat address in Sugarland, TX. Turns out it's a UPS store. Again, they will not answer phone, nor return emails unless you ask a question about their product by using another email address unknown to Lseat, then they respond.

Man I'm glad I read the reviews, as always, before I purchased like 10 covers for my car girl car, etc thanks guys and the 5star reviews didn't fool me at all....someone with very great typing skills 😂 works for a big business.... can't even fool a 5th grader with those reviews....see how my shiddd looks different from there's lol to perfect bt thanks again for saving me

total fraud. price changed, lied about shipping them, terrible correspondence if at all, as if they were bought by a foreign company and are using google translator to write their emails, no phone interaction, clearly fake company.

I had to pick at least 1 star as I did not have the option to pick no stars. whoever is planting all of the very overrated comments must have a share in the ownership. there is NO communication. There is NO follow-up. there is nothing after you've spent the money. If you consider good communication to be waiting days and weeks for a one-word response to a serious issue then ok - but realistically....NOT. We ordered seat covers for a SAAB 9-3. It looks good but the headrests in the set are a different design than what we have. I have been trying to get some leather and silver thread from these guys since August to no avail. I have been told it has shipped - waited a month for the item - still no item - i petitioned them again. They email a tracker on Nov 18th. Today, the package status is "label created" on the 18th...and FedEx says the package has yet to be picked up. The tracker was the only content in the email - no hello, sorry, goodbye, nothing but a tracking number in the email. I tried calling them and have only ever been routed to google call service. this is what I have always gotten since AUGUST. So if those people that are posting supreme exaltation for Lseat correspondence and customer service, well, they must have been dreaming about it, but its doubtful that is what they got.

Order was totally wrong. Ordered white leather with blue trim. They sent all white. All the packaging said the right vehicle but once it was being installed they sent the convertible not the regular 84 Cadillac el Dorado when trying to return they came up with nothing i wasted 600 dollars do not buy from them.
