Several of the modules in the provided course materials need to be updated to coincide with the blocks of instructions. The course examples need to have an overarching project to give the information more relevance and applicability.

Help & Communication with the account side is absolutely terrible. All of the forms of communication are available, yes, but I do not feel that there is anyone actually behind these forms. I've never had so much trouble getting information to pay someone. The course had great material, great tests, etc. No complaints there.

Too much reading on the slides. Would recommend face to face to recorded classes

Attempts to get help from IT/customer service unsuccessful. Learning material has conceptual and syntax errors.
