Clunky interface, but LSAT Lab has great tools, a great program, and is affordable

I love LSAT Lab, but there's some tweaks it sure can use. First thing first, let's talk about the positive. I love the UI, it's clean and really easy to use. It's also color-coded and I love that! I also appreciate how they track data for you as that was something I struggled with in my own self-study. However, there are some neat tips they have stashed away in their UI, such as the LR cheat sheet which would have saved me a lot of time if I had my hands on those earlier. Also, it's not very community based, which could be a good thing if that's distracting for some but I think a cute forum would have helped me make some connections and fine-tuned my skills better. All in all, it's a great resource and I am glad that I switched from Khan Academy to them. My score has improved by 10 points and I'm looking to improve it some more.

Enjoy the service! Have found it helpful. Pat makes me look forward to learning the material. I do wish every question had some kind of explanation (specifically LR). Even something as simple as Conclusion: __ Evidence:___ Or Facts: 1. 2. 3. etc. It would assist in knowing that I am correct with that I am doing/ or see where a mistake is being made

LSAT Labs continues to expand its features allowing for a wide range of practice and review options, their online response time is prompt, and tutoring options are flexible. Video lessons are well done! It would be great to see a bit more consolidation of the principle concepts - a simplified framework is essential.

I’ve been using LSAT lab since End of may, and in June I upgraded to the premium with tutor. So far, this is what I can say. Pros: 1. Availability of tutor. Matt and Patrick are quick and prompt to assist almost 24-7. Their response back time at the latest sometimes is 1 hour. So if you’re working on questions, and confused about something you can ask them and they’re always ready to assist on call. 2. Clear, simple, effective and strategic approach. The way they teach the LSAT so far has been easy for me to retain. Patrick and Matt from my perspective teach that adheres to visual and auditory learning mainly. You can imagine and picture the strategies as they teach you in your mind. You get explanations for every lsat question you try. Cons 1. Mostly Video Material. Lsat lab is mostly videos. If you’re learning style is less auditory and visual this may not work for you. They have flash cards. But you don’t get pdf’s or worksheets available on the site or flows charts of the sort. Sometimes if you’re in class, a pdf can be shared to you. But most of the time, it’s just videos. And the classroom videos are super long. 90 minutes each. And usually just going over 2-3 questions per type in depth.

A really great and affordable service for those who need something in a pinch. Would be great to have more variety of questions for each topic, there were some repeats.
