I have been very pleased with Low Stress Trading. The framework is stunningly simple and only requires a little courage to execute. In my two months I am averaging 1.39% return per week. The community is vibrant and engaged. I am especially impressed by the personal interest that Troy, John, Lindsay, and especially Jenny have in my success.

The course on trading options was very easy to follow and confidence inspiring. I took a couple weeks to absorb the training and then dove right in. I started trading options in June and I've made money every week. My average return has been a little above the the target 1%. I could tell you exactly what my returns are with the reports available with the membership. The community is also very valuable. I had one week where I didn't hit 1%. If I had been more engaged with the discussion board I would have avoided a less than optimal trade.

At one point when I was going through the Low Stress Trading system, Troy mentions that when you first start it's not going to make a heck of a lot of sense but once you start to internalize the teachings and start doing the process you start to see through the matrix and you gain a better understanding of the world of trading. I'm currently entering Week 4 of my live trading and I've reached the part in The Matrix where Neo says "I know Kung Fu" as in I may not understand absolutely everything but I'm entering a state of wonder with it. The other part of the system is that there are build ins for when you screw up. I made a mistake in my very first week of trading and by next week I was able to resolve the situation with profits because they built in for it. You know how they put in bumpers when you go bowling? That's what they've built here as well. I look forward to learning and doing more and sharpening my skills and growing my account over time.

After day trading Forex & Futures with mixed results, my son told me about LST. I am new at it (2 months) but I can already see the huge difference in results. In day trading you can have great days but followed by nasty ones. LST is simple and not a get rich quick scheme. I am very happy with attaining 1% PER Week avg. compounded - oh yeah. A few reasons to not do this: You don't want high return. After 9 weeks with no trading experience, slow funding of my accounts, and numerous mistakes, my aggregate return is 7.73% (53.72% annualized.) Let that sink in. It's boring. I like to sit at a blackjack table and feel that rush as I push the chips out and watch the cards flip. I really do. If you want a trading framework that's pushing chips out, this ain't it! If you are wanting to place 10 trades and lose on 8 and strike it big on 2...if you're lucky, this ain't it. With the passing weeks, I'm getting more and more bored. That is until I do a weekly reconciliation and see the money. Indeed a nice salve for boredom! You like to sit in front of a screen watching tickers and researching. This ain't for you! See the boring point above. You want to sit on the sideline waiting for the market to crash, then hop in when it comes back. Yep. The market is going to crash. With this framework, you make money when the market goes down...just not as much. Again, let that sink in. I know exactly what to do if a trade goes against me. I'll still be making money! Buy and hold guys can only sit around waiting for the market to come back. I continue to make money. If any of these points describe you, this is not for you.

Low Stress Options (LSO) is literally life-changing. I had not expected to be able to retire for at least another 20 years, and that was a maybe. But when I was introduced to the Low Stress Options program a few months ago, I could finally see the light at the end of the tunnel, and the tunnel just doesn't seem that long anymore! Troy has developed a very simple, very powerful, yet surprisingly low-risk framework for building wealth over a relatively short period of time. The training is comprehensive, easy to follow, straight to the point with no fluff, and very clear. To top it off, there are TONS of live calls each week where Troy, John, and their team are happy to answer questions and provide us with their own perspective and experiences to help us learn how to trade on our own. Troy and John don't just give us a fish to feed ourselves for a day; they teach us how to fish for ourselves. I already feel confident enough to research and take my own trades, guided by the framework, and my returns are exactly as the framework says they should be (actually, slightly better!) I wish I'd been introduced to this program sooner but I'm incredibly grateful to Troy, to John, and to the LST team for putting together this community and giving me an opportunity to build generational wealth for myself and my family.

The training videos are solid, systematic, and easy to follow, and the weekly calls and online resources are excellent. The LST team, especially Troy and John, does an incredible job of simplifying complex concepts and eliminating unnecessary clutter that would typically overwhelm a beginner. They have a clear focus on providing value and are constantly working to improve their offerings. My first trade ended in an assignment, which is a key part of the framework's philosophy. This experience, which can be daunting for a new trader, was surprisingly low-stress. The program teaches that assignment is a normal, manageable event and not something to be feared. Thanks to the training on covered calls, I have been able to successfully manage the assigned stock and have consistently made a 1% profit per week on that portion of my investment for over a month. This has been a huge confidence booster and has truly proven to me that the framework works, even in less-than-ideal circumstances. The LST team is also committed to improving their platform. While they don't yet have dedicated training for mobile trading, they are developing a new web-based system that will simplify the process by filtering out all of the unnecessary data. In the meantime, I was able to find what I needed to get started on my own, which speaks to the program's strong foundational principles. Overall, I can confidently say that this framework has been an invaluable tool in my journey. My approach is slow and steady, one position at a time, and I am excited to continue learning and building on the success of my first trade.
