Low Fare Travel is one of the best travel agencies and being extremely helpful to their customers and do their best to give Best of Best deals on air tickets. I have done lots of research on the fares for my recent travel before going to them. Surbhi Sharma from Lowfare travels helped me find out a better pricing than all the pricing that I got from elsewhere. She is extremely nice, understands the exact need and was very helpful in providing the multiple itineraries to fit my requirements with the best pricing. In my case, my wife and daughter was travelling first and on return we were coming together but Surabhi was helpful by suggesting best options. Really impressive. Surabhi goes one mile extra to satisfy customers. I would highly recommend Low Fare Travels.

Our travel Arranger provided excellent service. Great Ticket price provided and patience.

Sahil Sharma my travel agent gives excellent customer service every time I have booked my travels . Very efficient , knowledgeable , helpful and foremost very patience . I truly appreciate good quality customer service. He truly deserves good pat on his shoulder and of course a pay raise .

I was looking for a cheaper option for travelling to India this summer. Since I was late in booking, Sahil gave me a very good deal, and the entire process was done in no time. These people are very experienced and professional, I would recommend using LowFare travel instead of going through numerous ticketing sites and getting lost in hundreds of options and schedules.

I got very good responses in a timely manner by the agent Vipin. I dealt with 3 different travel agents and got lesser than market price with Low Fare travels. The timely responses did not stop with purchasing air-ticket but also continued with my post purchase questions. Keep it up. Thanks, Naveen.

First trip to India. Changed flights, limo, destinations and accommodations repeatedly. Sahil and Sanjay were all over it. Rapid response. Every time. All hours of the day. Very impressed.

Sahil, was professional courteous and prompt. An excellent experience dealing with him.

I have been a customer of Low Fare Travels since 2012. This time I received EXCEPTIONAL customer service from their staff - Vipin Kothiyal, while making the reservations for our forthcoming India trip. Not only did Vipin respond to our emails / phone calls in a professional and timely fashion, he also made sure he took care of our travel needs, as per our requests. I had to go back n forth so many times changing my schedules / travel plans / airlines. He was very patient, prompt and consistent in coming up with a revised itinerary - each time and every time, even if it required staying back at work beyond his normal work hours!! Both my husband & I are very pleased with his 'service with a smile' and truly enjoyed working with him. Great service makes customers feel that you care about developing a long-term relationship which is more than just making a sale. Low Fare Travels is a true example of such a exemplary service.
