I do not recommend this course provider. First, the checkout process is extremely frustrating. After paying for the course, you have to go through numerous additional offers and repeatedly decline unnecessary paid services before you can actually start studying. It feels like an endless series of upsells. One of the most concerning offers is the additional charge for expedited reporting of course completion. During checkout, I was presented with an option to pay extra for immediate reporting, while the standard reporting option was described as taking 7–10 days. This puts unnecessary pressure on customers who need their course completion reported promptly to obtain a driver’s license. Second, the course timing makes absolutely no sense. Some chapters contain only a few minutes of material, but you are forced to wait for the timer to expire. Meanwhile, other chapters contain approximately 45 minutes of audio content but are assigned only 15 minutes. The course also interrupts audio playback with identity verification questions, making it difficult to resume listening from the correct point. I have no problem completing a required four-hour course. My problem is the frustrating checkout experience, the pressure to purchase additional services, and the poorly organized learning system. I would not recommend this provider to anyone looking for a straightforward, user-friendly course.

SCAMMERS wish i read the reviews before paying for this. expecting to $25 to take simple course, after you pay the initial $28 then comes the scam $45 to get the certificate email.

Shitty scam said 4$ and fees come out to 100$

They charge you $40 to get an email showing you completed their course. They don’t care about you at all. All in, you will spend about $80 if you choose these pricks. Go literally anywhere else.

Use any other service! This company will charge you for expedited service. When it came time to take the test, it was "down for maintenance" for several days. We ended up paying a different service to complete the exam. Stay away!

The course was Ok but they billed me for a monthly membership for $9.95 after the fact. This was not approved and they won't answer phone or return emails. Next will be a BBB review.

Advertised $25, and after I paid that there was a bunch of add on chargers to over $100. Now over a year later its in my DMV record. what a waste.
