The ordering process is pretty straightforward but I almost missed an email to confirm my order. I haven't had one of those before. But anyway, the price was much better than any other that I looked at online and was a third of the price that I was quoted from local companies. It took about 3 weeks for it to arrive. The delivery company they used was awesome as well. The cover is better than I expected. Very well made. I hope it stays this nice for a long while. I was recommend this company to anyone looking for a cover.

We needed a replacement for the 9 year old cover on our hot tub which had become waterlogged and was starting to fall apart at the seams. The local places just seemed way too costly. While searching online I came across Low Cost Spa Covers. I decided to take a chance and ordered a cover to our specs, in the color we liked. The cover could not be shipped directly to our address, so we set it up for pickup at the shipping company's closest terminal. Communication from Karla was excellent through the whole process. The cover came packed very well, with plenty of styrofoam protecting it. The box was in perfect condition when inspected, and pickup at the terminal was easy. Thanks to SAIA Freight for that. The cover is beautiful, fits perfectly, and is exactly what we wanted. Kudos to the manufacturing team for a job well done on a wonderful product, and to Karla for working with us on the delivery issue. Glad I ignored so many naysayers. We couldn't be happier, and would definitely recommend Low Cost Spa Covers.

My spa cover turned out great! Customer service was excellent…always responding to any email inquiry that I had within 24 hours… I’ve just received the cover recently, but it looks really good and feel sturdy. I will Order from them again when needed.

I just wanted to get on here and say after all the bad reviews I read about service and shipping problems. That my experience was great! You all with your petty complaints and delivery problems. I didn't have none of that. Everybody makes mistakes and so do businesses. That doesn't mean you should tell people not to buy their products because of your issues. Outstanding! Great communication and touch base during the process of getting a new cover for our old hot tub. Especially nice was them taking the time to explain an option for the lid that had me puzzled (5:3 slope). The lid arrived safely and fit perfectly! Definitely worth the cost! We checked all over to replace our spa cover and Low Cost Spa Covers was the right choice! We highly recommend them! Wish I could add a picture so folks could see how well the cover is made and the great fit.
