Seller sent empty envelope and refused to give refund - DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY

HORRIBLE service!!! Placed my order on October 10th and still have not received it 20 days later! The only response is that I need to research with Post Office because they show it was delivered to a “parcel locker”? These people are crooks… don’t waste your time! Fortunately I only lost $40…..

Paid over $230.00 but not only no delivery but also absolutely no response to my many requests for information on my order. Do not trust this company ! Definitely a scam and an extremely dubious email address!!

I bought a product almost a year ago. Cost was about $70. Months later the product arrived and it failed to work. After multiple complaints and many emails, months passed and a replacement (same product) was sent. Not only did it not work but it heated up until I could not hold it. I feared fire and placed it outside on the driveway. I explained this to the company and months later they said a replacement was "in transit." That was 2 months ago. Now they refuse to answer emails even though my complete contact info was provided. I am fairly certain that my $70 is gone and that I shall never hear from them. I asked for their identifying info and they never responded.

Order No. 00063762 Placed on Jul 22,2024 Bought an adult product and it does not work. I contacted the company by email, explained that I followed the directions that came with product, and it still does not work. The seller replied and told me to make sure the device is charged! I also attached a video of me pressing the buttons and the device did not move! This company hides the fact that they are from China and sends broken products! Do not buy from this Seller!!!! I have all emails, video, receipts, and I will dispute the charges! Update: They had the nerve to email me again and offer to resend product or give me a 10% refund lol. the website say full return for faulty or broken products!
