I have to say that LoveStream was SUPER easy to use and super helpful to have gotten the big package that comes with an attendant. Our attendant was Tashieka J and she was INCREDIBLE!!! She was getting people into the photo booth, super friendly and kind, and she packed everything back up for us so it was just an easy drop off at UPS. The booth came in on time even with a last minute switch (due to the nor’easter that displaced our wedding) and LoveStream was super helpful and got us covered. If you have issues with this photobooth or company, I’m 100% inclined to say it’s user error…It’s an iPad and ring light that are suuuuuper easy to set up (for any millennials or gen-z and under) and we did get the wrong props but we let them know as soon as we noticed and they gave us digital props instead!! Super happy with this vendor and what it added to our wedding. 10/10 if you worry about the bad reviews here(i did briefly) just go for the package that includes an attendant for that extra security blanket, super worth it.

This made our celebration so much fun and were able to make a scrapbook right there. everyone jumped in to put in their photos and decorate their page. The company was impressively easy to work with, gave clear directions and made the return of the equipment so easy!

Our experience with Lovestream was amazing. They were available the whole time to trouble shoot any issues and were so quick in their responses! They even had a courier come and deliver a piece we needed for the Photo Booth within hours. Highly recommend!

Very user friendly! I had trouble with connecting one piece, the power cord wasn’t in the instructions for a part that connects to the printer but I got a quick response from customer service and they stuck with me through a few more small questions and were super nice and helpful! The pictures turned out awesome and everyone loved it. I would absolutely use this at another wedding or event!!

I cannot recommend Lovestream enough! The customer service was fabulous, the communication was timely and thorough, instructions for setup and use were clear, and return information and notifications we appreciated with my busy schedule. Five stars all the way! 📸✨❤️

Great experience, We had an issue with setup the night before the event. They instantly set up a video chat to square things away and we were off and running. It was a great hit at our reception.

The set up took longer than expected but the customer service team was very helpful. I would recommend leaving an hour and a half to set up the booth to ensure there are no issues. I received a box without a return label but the team was willing to reimburse me for the postage I paid at UPS. They designed the photo strips just like I wanted and gave me plenty of time to revise the design if I wanted to. Everyone had so much fun with the Photo Booth! It was a great way to make memories at my birthday.

We decided at the last minute (2 weeks before the event) to get a Photo Booth for my daughter's wedding. The sales department was incredibly helpful, asked me questions about my event and gave me advice on what they thought would work for what I wanted. Ordering was easy and the package arrived when it said it would. Set-up was very simple. It was a big hit at the wedding and guests were able to take picture strips home with them. What's even better is that we get a gallery to see all the pictures that people took, which is super fun. Packing up was equally as simple-came with prepaid mailing labels so all I had to do was drop everything off at UPS. Money well spent--thank you so much!!
