My experience was great! It was super easy to set up, we did not have the printer option, but it came with everything you could possibly need even the electrical tape. They also make it super easy to send back. It was a hit at my daughters wedding everyone loved it and we got lots of good pictures.

The equipment came a few days before our event and was easy to assemble together. When we did run into issues we were able to text the help number and they jumped on a FaceTime right away and helped us in a matter of minutes. The Photo Booth was a big hit at our wedding and I would highly recommend this company and use them again in the future
