My name is Alexander and I am there owner of Lovespells24. I confirmed previous messages to verify your claims. You received proof of work for the Custom Spell with a spell report which you confirmed having received, you received an adaptation report later which you also confirmed having received on April 29 as you replied to it. The recasted spells were sent in August, during this time we had issues with emails going to spam which was explained to you, the report was sent twice during this time. Some email providers automatically delete messages in the spam after a set number of days, that's all there was to it, no conspiracy against you. My employee had several medical emergencies this was also explained to you and was hospitalized several times hence the delays, you acknowledged that in your emails. You received 1.5 years of help only having paid a single time for your service, everything else was done free of charge for you at no additional cost. You are entitled to 6 months of support not 1.5 years, this was offered to you for free when there was no obligation on the caster's part. Your claim of proof of work not being delivered is not accurate. Nia still reached out to you today asking to send everything through a messaging app instead including pictures, you have yet to respond. You also failed to provide updates claiming you " missed the date " when the date was due. The spells success depends on both sides. Based on my experience I can conclude that you don't understand instructions and that there is no such thing as a 100% guarantee for results with spiritual services, this is disclaimed to every customer. Good day Roberto, We were away during the holidays and came back to work yesterday hence why we did not reply during this time. We were not at the office due to the holiday season, I apologize for the inconvenience. We left a vacation notice on the email but sometimes it doesn't reach everyone. We will reply within 48h-72h. Edit: Reached out personally explaining that the person she worked with left the company years ago. Company is not owned by the same people. This customer did in fact have one of the spells casted in 2020, manifesting during the pandemic and another one in 2019. But even if ir was not the case, there is no 100% success rate no matter who you work with. Every ethical service provider will disclose this. Readings are done to see if spells can be used, for some situations spells are not recommended. I offered helping for free. We get good results with most customers, many are returning customers. Hi J.J, Thank you for reaching out to us and confirming your identity. I am sorry to hear about your experience, the spell caster you worked with is no longer working with us since 2020. Unfortunately not all spells will manifest with results, this is disclaimed on our website. Any spell caster claiming otherwise is not being transparent with the customer. No matter who you work with results cannot be guaranteed as many factors can interfere with energetic work. We had a few issues with manifestation during the pandemic due to all the logistics involved and energetic causes. That being said we try to do our best. Not all spell casters offer pictures of their work and this is a personal choice. Our proof of providing a service is usually to sending a comprehensive report and supporting the customer for as long as necessary, including in some cases several years for repeating customers! We also have a policy of usually only charging a single time, hence no recurring charges unless you would need work done for a new person of interest. Hi Jayne, First of all I hope you are doing fine! This is Nia, and I usually always try to answer feedback myself but because my father who unfortunately is in his last days of life has been under my constant care, I could not dedicate more time to come here. I had no idea that an intern came here to answer in my place, when actually no one allowed him to do let alone in our name. I am genuinely sorry for this as you definitely deserve better. No one should be replying in my place unless authorized! It seems like young people these days have lost their manners, I am sorry you had to deal with this. And you should be treated with the utmost care and respect. I would like to make it right with your permission and if you agree, would you be so kind and send me an email letting me know a bit more about your story? This way I can properly look into your situation and see how we can produce better results. Results can still take place even after 2 years, in fact some customers saw delays due to the pandemic and other factors but a great percentage is now having improvements so perhaps there is still hope. Your case got rejected and you dealt poorly with it that's all there is to it. Acted surprised when we asked for pictures and birth dates to look into a reading (something that is disclosed all over our website 🙄). It is standard that every psychic reader will need these details if they are serious. I do my work by assessing the situation first, I don't accept money thrown at me. Then she admittedly sent us a fake picture and wanted us to do a reading with it (yes...lol seriously). You can already see where this is going. We rejected working with her after her unethical request and behavior that required the use of black magick (which she didn't even know what it was, later saying there is no such thing...no comments. All you had to do is Google it or Wikipedia). She wanted questionable binding techniques. I have a whole FAQ section explaining that I do not work with this type of request as it is immoral. Don't bother asking. You want a dog, go buy one. Our team does not want this type of energy around. As explained we do not use manipulation in our technique and therefore told her we would not accept her case. Never accepted her money nor worked with her therefore. We do not keep personal details all private data is deleted. Trustpilot deletes fake reviews, they have excellent systems in place.

Hi Nargis, We are very disappointed as well, that you could not read the guidelines for the recasted spell. Your spell was manifesting until the end of May of 2022. Instead of following the indications, you decided to review 5 months sooner than the expected. Results vary and may take longer for some, that was explained in the report which you seem to have missed. It is also disappointing that you would rate the overall work as 1 star, as from what I see Nia has always reported back and worked on a free recast as well. You are basing your rating on results only not the provided service. Not respecting the indications within the report and unjust feedback results in termination of the service with no further support. Best, Alex (Head of Support)

"Waiting customer" claims that they woke up one day, after 7 months, and decided today was the day to leave an angry review for a service they never paid for and for something that clearly is their own fault. If you are still confused as to why there is no response to your inquiry (only person in the last couple of years) then it's probably something you are doing wrong on your part. Usual causes: 1) You are not sending messages to the correct address 2) You used the site's contact form and provided an invalid email yourself so we cannot reply (happens very often one typo is enough!) 3) There was an technical error on that day with the contact form plugin on the site hence your message as well as everyone else's is not sent.4. Requests that are abusive - I also do not reply to abusive requests or requests that go against my morals, I could care less about requests to have 3 women at the same time or other requests that are abusive. We do receive those I don't feel I owe such requests attention. It is obvious that if you do not receive a reply to your inquiry after 7 months but everyone else does it is not an issue from our side. Sounds like a competitor to me.
