UPDATED RESPONSE: Customer was contacted and an adaptation performed as it was too early for a full recast. Message was in the spam by error. I appreciate Allison and apologize for the inconvenience caused. Hi Allison, your previous messages landed in my spam. Please always send a new email and do not reply to the previous report in order to avoid this, I have just replied. Warm regards, Nia

2nd update
UPDATE: I sent you an email on gmail concerning your answer through AOL. Thanks for your amazing work! We’ll get emails working eventually ahah Hi Nia, Hope you are doing well! Two months ago I wrote a message here concerning emails I’ve sent you for the 2nd update since october but haven’t receive any answer. You mentioned you would check and reply within the week but nothing came in my email even in my spams. Just want to make sure if you could look it up again. Thank you

Hi Kik, Thank you for your feedback. If I don't reply it is almost always due to technical issues, likely because your emails went to my spam folder or my replies are not reaching you. I apologize for the inconvenience caused to you and would of course very much like to read your update, please send a new email with the subject " KIK URGENT TICKET" so I can better help. You will continue to receive support as usual. Warm regards, Nia

Trying to contact via email
Good evening, I apologize for using this platform to contact you, but I am not sure the emails I sent were received. I stumbled upon your website, and I was drawn to your visions, methods and practices, which align fully with my own beliefs. I would love to connect and, hopefully, purchase a spell, if you believe my situation is worthy. Will you please reply to my email (maybe it's in your spam)? Thank you! Wishing you a blissful evening. Warmly, Gillian

Follow up with Nia
Hi Nia, I just wanted to make sure you’ve been receiving my emails as I sent like 3 follow up emails. You were responding to me like 2 weeks ago though then it went silent. Josh (email is joshl*****@live.com)
