Hi Xela, Thank you for your kind review. I don't have a customer under this name, if you could reach out to me via email to identify yourself that would help. Please read the reports we sent where everything is stated even the date you are supposed to get back in touch with us. Your recast should be around this time, if you have not requested a free recast yet you can do so now. I would need your correct customer name and details for the recast. The rule to let go of the spell is for everyone. Customers reaching out in between are not following the guidelines and it will most likely affect the outcome. Some customers reach out again for further work when the service has already been completed and that is possible and does not disturb the spells. I will ask again to email us first and not use Trustpilot, it takes longer for me to reply, I don't know who you are as a customer and cannot give the needed attention. Hi Manisha, Thank you for your kind review. I contacted Seryna because she is not in the office at the moment to let her know about your feedback. She replied thank you, that you were always cooperative from the start and definitely followed all the guidelines. She said that if you require further work done, we can go ahead and work on an adaptation since your recast was last year enough time has passed to do more work. We do not charge anything extra for this so feel free to let us know if you want us to go ahead. In the notes Seryna left is in fact stated that the chances of success were slim due to a serious personal situation you had with your partner that I will not disclose as it is your personal information, we are both guessing this is why the risks were much higher in your case. The spell was likely manifesting because you saw the signs but the damage could have been to difficult to undo, we may have to redo the healing aspect of the spells more times. Update: Hi KD, I just replied we had technical errors and the emails were not sending normally, I think it is working normally today and updated you. Thank you for letting me know. Update reply: Customer was kind to understand that this is not the spell's fault and a regular behavior as seen in many spells. I will be looking into a reading on Monday and we shall work on a strategy together. Short answer to this: The spell is manifesting properly proof of that is that he made plans to see you, this is what the spell aims to do bringing you close, but your partner may need more time to clear his mind. It is normal that the partner may need more time for himself as trust needs to be regained, the relationship needs to heal so you have to be patient with him. Previous reply: If he reached out and made plans to see you again then the spell is doing what it should. The spell's mission is to reunite you and bring him closer, that is exactly what it did. Now you may not expect him to return shortly after. It is normal, especially at earlier stages to need time. With all relationships there is a build up first, trust has to be regained and it takes time. Maybe he is testing you, maybe he needs to clear his mind from a few of the doubts that are still there. Maybe he needs more time to work on himself. In either way it is your role to be patient and accepting of your partner. If he needs time then you have to be patient. From your review the spell is working exactly as it should and I am happy to hear that. Hi Anna, Thank you for reaching out, at the moment we are not taking new orders due to being booked out, I will get back at customers within 72 hours (usually 24-48) (we do not work on weekends so replies usually are send on Monday and Tuesday). If I have more slots available I will let you know when that is the case, if your situation is urgent I understand and in that case finding other options might be better. We can still do readings on your situation but will only accept order placements from August 3rd onwards this is because the spells take 3 weeks to complete and support is also provided during this time.
