REPLY TO MARYAM (because Trustpilot is not allowing me to reply under her review) Note to customers: If your request gets REJECTED and we are HONEST enough to tell you right away that a spell is not possible, that we will NOT take your money because there is no potential for success you should be grateful for our honesty. This speaks for the quality of our service, for our integrity and honesty. This customer's request got politely rejected in July 2020 for which she wrote us a review thanking us, and now months later she is suddenly bitter that her request got rejected? Hi Maryam, On July 21st you wrote this review: "This is my honest review about seryna. This is my honest review about seryna. She replied to my email. I respect her honesty. Seryna took a look into the cards for me but unfortunately my husband spirit is closed and not receptive for the spells that seryna can direct towards my husband, she is unable to help me with any spell. She mentioned the spell would fail and I will be wasting my money. I only received first email from her. Seryna my angel I love your honesty. You guys out there, she is so real spell caster her. Shes not here to take your money. I will be eagerly waiting for seryna, she's the only person can help you guys but you have to stay positive and be patient. She wont take your money for nothing. If she can help with your difficult situation then she will clearly say it to you by email. Seryna my angel you are doing a good job, dont take negative reviews personally. Stay safe nd keep smiling. Loads of hug nd kisses." So I would like to know what made you go from thanking our spell caster for being honest enough to reject your case to suddenly being bitter about it? What would you suggest, that we start scamming people, taking their money when there is no potential for a spell to be used in the first place? Then please go work with someone who doesn't care about working ethics. You are at the wrong address here if you expect that. IMPORTANT DISCLAIMER: If anyone contacts you via Whatsapp or another email that is not [email protected] please be aware that they are not working with us! I just got hold of a customer being scammed by someone who claimed to work with us via a Whatsapp number the name being "Morticia". There is no Morticia working with us, never was only me and Seryna and we only reach out via email never through other means (for this precise reason!). This person demanded a bank transfer. Do not transfer anyone your money! To know it's us: Only answer if you are being contacted by email ([email protected] only email in use) We never use Whatsapp or other means of contact. We only use PAYPAL as a safe payment option for all customers, nothing else, no exceptions. This is the only method that protects you as a buyer from fraud. Hi Ivanna, Thank you for your message. As explained in previously replies we current have delayed response times due to staff being sick, it is taking anywhere between 3-5 days to reply when normally it would take up to 48 hours. I am replying to every email in the correct order (oldest emails first) your email was sent 3 days ago I believe it will take a few more days until I am able to answer. If your case is urgent then it will be a good idea to inquire with other spell casters. Kind regards, Seryna

Hi Maria, The email was received yesterday and I responded a few hours later. I will reply to everyone next week because we do not work over the weekend, response times are delayed by a few days now because of sick staff. NOTE AS OF 08/07: My response times are currently affected and taking up to 4-5 days, I apologize for this but it has been impossible to work faster with the staff being sick. Note to new inquiries: At the moment I am booked out and will not be accepting new orders. I apologize but my readings are done manually and there is a limit to who I can help, spell casting done correctly requires time. I am aware that most customers are used to paying for a spell without even getting a reading done before ordering and want me to get started right away. Please keep in mind that we do not work like this and whoever worked like this for you is not taking your cause seriously. Sorry to hear that but we do not run a factory and have no intentions to do so. Hi Joseph, Thank you for your kind review, as explained through my message this platform is intended to leave a review for our service once it is completed, we just started working on your situation 2 days ago and your service is not completed. I understand that some customers wish to use Trustpilot for updates similar to a social media platform it honestly is not beneficial for your spell because at a stage you will have to let go and practice self-focus (I will elaborate on this later through my support). It is also not beneficial for the spell caster because it creates pressure instead of motivation. If you want the spells to manifest correctly the steps to let go, trust and be positive are necessary if you become a customer who cannot let go, is always involved with the cause I can almost guarantee on day 1 that the spell will not manifest. Just thought I would leave this for other customers to read as well, there is definitely an element of self-work involved in this process. Kind regards and wishing everyone a nice weekend, Seryna
