I received a dress in a timely manner. Unfortunately the dress did not fit so I returned it. I followed all of the instructions from customer service but have still not gotten my refund 5 months later! My emails are no longer being answered so now I am out almost $200!

I purchased a wedding dress from this store, and I strongly recommend NOT buying from them. The dress I received looked nothing like the photos. The fabric felt low quality, and as you can see in my pictures, the bust was cut and constructed completely differently from what was advertised. The dress was also delivered more than two weeks later than promised, leaving me scrambling to find another wedding dress at the last minute. I requested a return immediately, but the process has been extremely difficult. They tried to convince me not to return it, rarely responded unless I followed up repeatedly, and eventually made me pay for the return shipping despite advertising a hassle-free return process. I have proof of shipment and tracking, yet almost 3 months later, I am still waiting and practically begging for my $256 refund. This has been an incredibly disappointing experience, especially for something as important as a wedding dress.

This company doesn’t even deserve 1 star. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE. I ordered a dress because I needed it for an event with a strict dress code. The dress I received was a completely different color from the one advertised on their website, making it impossible for me to wear it. I contacted customer service immediately, provided photos, and requested a return. Instead of taking responsibility, they tried to convince me to keep the dress by offering only a 10% refund. When I refused, they told me I had to ship the dress back to China at my own expense, even though my package was shipped from Florida. Their customer service kept avoiding my questions. I repeatedly asked whether they would provide a prepaid return label or reimburse the international shipping costs, but they never gave me a clear answer. They simply kept sending me the return address and directing me to their return policy. The most frustrating part is that their own return policy states that if the item is incorrect due to their mistake, the customer should not have to pay the return shipping costs. However, they refused to apply that policy in my case. This entire process has been exhausting, unfair, and extremely disappointing. They make returning an item so expensive and difficult that it feels like they expect customers to give up and keep products they didn’t order or that don’t match the description. Save yourself the stress, the wasted money, and the disappointment. Buy from a reputable company that stands behind its products and treats customers fairly. I will never purchase from Loveiss again, and I strongly recommend that others avoid this website.

I echo what others have written never buy from this company is it appalling . The dress not good condition and really expensive , returns policy they are not interested , absolutely awful and would like to pursue further to get this company reported.

Absolutely abysmal service: Purchased a mini wedding dress 40 days ago, was sent a completely different dress. 10 emails afterwards, showing that picture A was not the same as picture B, I was told I could pay 58 dollars extra for them to ship a replacement. Which I did in my desperation only to find out I won’t receive it in time anyway for my wedding. But algo get this, they are offering a very generous 25% compensation. Laughable if I wasn’t so upset.

I would not order again. Poor customer service. I’ve followed return procedures but it appears they are not monitored. I’ll probably have to dispute through my credit card, stay away from all the bra websites.

The dress, which is quite expensive, doesn't look like the photos. There's no return policy, and we're told that if we do try to return the product, it will likely be held up at customs. The site offers a 10% refund—what a joke.

The dress was made in China, doesn't match the design in the refrence photos, doesn't fit properly, poor workmanship and the return policy is "You can choose to return the item, but we do not have return labels. The item needs to be returned to China for processing, which takes a long time, carries a high risk of loss, and international shipping costs are quite high. From your perspective, we hope you will keep the dress. To express our apologies, we are willing to offer a 10% compensation. If you still wish to return the item, we can also provide a return address. If you have any other needs, please feel free to let us know, and we will do our best to meet your requirements" What was meant to be a happy, special occasion has resulted in debt and disappointment.
