Great product - and thank you!
Great product, great packaging, really good chocolate, very unique - way too expensive. Figure out how to lower the price point without sacrificing anything else, and you may have something truly great! ________________ Thank you for your direct and thoughtful response Suzanne, and for reaching out by phone. It is inspiring to see a small business owner so passionate and principled about her product. On behalf of what I hope will be a very broad, loyal and educated clientele, I wish you the very best, and will continue to support Chocolate Riot!
Response from Tangle ChocolateMay 23, 2020
Thanks so much for your feedback! I’m so glad that you love our product, and I’m grateful for the opportunity to address how much Chocolate Riot costs. Our pricing involves much of what I’m passionate about regarding chocolate: premium ingredients which lead to excellent chocolate, fair labor practices, conscious environmental practices, and consumer education. I will be posting on our website a blog post with much more detail about the value (and values) of Chocolate Riot within the week. Thanks again for your honest review, and I hope to continue this conversation with you! Warmly, Suzanne
