When my new chain clasp broke, I emailed the customer’s service department. They responded back immediately. They emailed me the return shipping label. I ordered a 14k Rose Gold 3mm Rope Chain; which if you know aren’t exactly easy to find. Customer service was prompt in emailing me back, friendly, and weren’t offended by me asking to swing it over to my jewelers to verify the piece on their XRF. Delivery and packaging were fine, arrived in a nondescript box to ward off the porch pirates. The chain itself is great, no issues at all getting it verified. The rose tone is great for guys it doesn’t have the overly pink hue one assumes when they hear “rose gold”.
