Disappointing When the store didn’t have an XL or an XXL in the dress I asked the girl at the store for an XL or XXL ( the sizes that fitted me as per the history of my many purchases there.) She insisted on taking measurements saying it was just to choose the size. 2 weeks later when they got the dress and it didn’t fit they refused to alter or exchange for other goods( the total of which incidentally I I was almost double what I had paid for that dress- over 35,000!!! Obviously a mercenary brand which does not care for cusustomer satisfaction or building good will! Just a warning to others to be careful when you place orders at this store. Get everything in writing to avoid retraction of their verbal promises The Devil wears Lovebirds for its customers !July August 2026

If I could give this website a zero, I would but that's not an option. If you're an upcoming bride, use a website that is tried and true like Zillow. If you buy the suite package, the invitations and website do not map to each other. You will have people RSVPing two different platforms which requires a lot of cross-referencing. You cannot adjust the website to your needs because they have pre-selected sections. It's expensive for what they offer. You would be better off using Zola and then seeking an alternative method for an e-card. The developers need to put A LOT of work into this before it will even come close to being a competitor.

This platform is poorly designed and frustrating to use. If a guest opts out by mistake, there is no option to re-add them. Even worse, the host cannot update guest phone numbers or emails when they change. Instead, the system forces you to send a completely new invitation, which is inconvenient and unnecessary. Overall, this platform lacks flexibility and creates extra work — I would recommend going elsewhere.
