Great platform
From the start, the customer service at lovebird was great. I reached out with a question and they promptly assisted me. We used lovebird for our wedding invitation and wedding website. The platform is user friendly. There are many design options to select from. The best part for me was being able to send the invitation via text messages. Also, being able to see when the message was viewed. One thing I would say is that when guests enter their email, it defaults as their contact method instead of the phone number. Not the biggest deal, some people just don’t check their email as much. Another great plus is being able to set a reminder and send messages/announcements. It really came handy when trying to keep ontop of the RSVPs and communicating with guests. I would highly recommend lovebird.
