I ordered the hug ring via a link on facebook. When the delivery was overdue, based on the tracking info, I emailed Love&Crafted and they IMMEDIATELY responded! They sent a new shipment after verifying my address and it arrive in just a few days. REALLY GOOD customer service. Would buy from them again in a heartbeat.

I ordered the Hug Ring and Hug Necklace for my girlfriend. It showed up on time. The quality is top notch!! I was a little hesitant about making the order. I emailed them and asked the necessary questions and they responded very quickly. They gave me a tracking number so i could monitor the process which put my mind at ease. Wonderful product, my wife loves it and absolutely top class customer service.
