Love & CraftedReviews of loveandcrafted.com

Love & crafted supplied me with the two couples hugging in gold, it arrived perfect and as described, it is the perfect gift for my bride on are wedding day, thank you all so much Ivor.

The HUG ring I purchased was excellent and the smile I got when presented said a thousand words, she absolutely loves it, truly a special gift for that special person, delivery was super fast and communication was fantastic, would definitely recommend and will 💯 be using again when looking for something different for a special gift, very well prepared with a great little note included, top quality item with top quality service.

I like the ring and the necklace plus the gift box. They were similar to the pictures that I saw on the website. The support team was also very helpful when I reached them about the delivery issue. I will purchase from Love & Crafted again for sure.

I ordered a Hug Ring and had a small issue. Julia reacted promptly and positively, and now I am completely satisfied. I would highly recommend Love&Crafted for any of your purchases. If I could rate higher than 5 stars I would!

I purchased a Hug ring for my daughter. We had a problem with it and I contacted Love and Crafted and they immediately responded and resolved my issue within days. Now that is standing behind your product and valuing your customers! Thanks Julia😊I highly recommend this company.

I purchased one of L&C's "Hug" necklaces which my partner absolutely adored. It is elegant and beautiful. Unfortunately, she broke the necklace chain a few weeks later. I contacted L&C's customer service department to see if I could purchase a replacement chain. Instead, they just sent me a full new necklace, free of charge, no questions asked. THAT is first-class customer service, and I plan to buy more of their jewelry soon.

I had placed an order but had an issue with delivery. USPS dropped the ball somehow. I emailed customer service at Love and Crafted and explained my situation. I received a very prompt reply from Julia. She said she was placing an order for a replacement. She did just that and the product was delivered in like three days. Love and Crafted was not at fault for the non delivery. Julia made sure I was taken care of. May not seem like a big deal to her, but meant slot to me. That is taking care of your customers.

Bought them for my grand children in college they love them they’re awesome thank you for hugging them at all times!
