I purchased Ergo Prism Dental Surgical Loupes with prescription lenses, and a Fusion Wireless Dental Surgical Led Headlight in July of 2026. I am a dentist in my home country, but have been working as a dental hygienist in South Florida for the last 23 years. I purchased these two items for my new job at a dental office. At first, only the headlight arrived. Three weeks go by and I have yet to receive the loupes, so I reach out to Schultz Loupes to follow up on the prescription loupes. When I contacted them, they told me they had already shipped the loupes and that I should have already received them. I emphasized I had not received the loupes I paid for and after more back-and-forth they recognized they had an “oversight” and had not mailed me the loupes yet. Eventually, I received the loupes but the problems continued. First of all, I couldn’t attach the headlight to the loupes, even though this was a promised detail in the item description. I gave Schultz the benefit of the doubt and assumed I just wasn’t following instructions correctly. Eventually, I reach out and they once again “realize” that they had failed to send me a required piece to attach the headlight. However, even after sending me the missing piece to attach the headlight, it was still too wobbly to be functional and so I asked for a refund and to return the headlight. After the headlight issue, I took the loupes to an optical near my home, and the optical told me the loupes in fact did not have the prescription lenses I had paid for. At this point I am very frustrated with my experience and once again reach out to Schultz customer service about the lack of prescription on the loupes. Their only answer was that the return time window had already expired and I couldn’t return the loupes! Since September 10th, Schultz has accepted the return of my headlight, which was still within the refund window. However, for the last month I have not received my refund and they refuse to answer my calls or respond to my written communication. I cannot give this company a lower rating. My experience with them has been awful and they are running a scam. DO NOT BUY FROM SCHULTZ LOUPES.

I am a practicing dentist. I purchased a light for my loupes from Schultz loupe direct the last week of may 2026. The light arrived but the composite block out lens was damaged and would not stay on. I contacted the company around the first week of june2026., several times. Around the middle of June I was sent a useless cover that doesn’t flip up. I contacted the seller again and spoke with Leah explaining the useless lense they sent and she said they would look into finding a flip up light blocking replacement. Now it’s august 19 , 2026 and I have not received the flip up lens nor do they respond to my phone messages, emails,or texts. Terrible customer service. Scam company. Poor quality useless $500+ dollar light. I cannot even do a filling . Note; Do not do business with this company

I have had the same shoes for over a year and every time I wear them they give my feet blisters and break skin. Do not buy these shoes. There is no hope for your feet. I see that as someone who has broken in plenty of shoes in her time, and these are still my least favorite shoes of all time!

Terrible customer service... Terrible product quality/ Been battling a return for more than 2 months... I have tried to resolve this issue many times. with no luck... they are stringing me along for the ride. Always with the same response... Accounting department hasn't processed the return yet. for 2 long months.... Bought the wireless headlight online... and was sent a wrong product, terrible quality—cheap and nothing like the one advertised.

I bought some standard loupes and tried them for 5 minutes and realized they're not for me. Trying to get and RMA from them was torture-they just kept trying to get me to try another pair. I've returned them as instructed and still no reply regarding refung.

Worst customer service ever! After 3 months and numerous failed attempts at getting a working loupe/adapter/ light combination, I had to argue for another month before they would provide a RMA. Now they have had their product and my money for 8 MONTHS. I get nothing but a run around every time I inquire about what the hold up is. Fraudulent company practice or grossly incompetent? AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

Terrible customer service. The loupes were poorly fitting and they were initially refusing to allow me to return after multiple requests to return the item. Finally after returning, I have not received any updates regarding my refund. I have reached out multiple times. It's been a month. Terrible customer service and I do not recommend as this is completely fraudulent and against their "guarantee" they don't stand behind at all.

I ordered ergonomic loupes as a dental hygienist. The loupes either came with a screw missing where the oculars attach to the frame, or it fell out within 10 days of adjusting to the new loupes. The provided strap is not secure and would slide off of the arms during and after treatment. They are heavy on my nose and uncomfortable after an 8 hour day. I have owned several other pairs of loupes and have not experienced quality issues like this previously, so I opted to take advantage of the 30 day money back guarantee. Customer service repeatedly suggested I return the loupes for repair. I reiterated I would like a refund, and they eventually stopped responding. Would not recommend this company.
