We purchased 2 lounge chairs for our two boys to use for movie watching, etc. These were “Santa presents” that we purchased on Black Friday during a sale. Unfortunately, only one was able to shipped out and the other was going to be delayed and not make it before Christmas. I reached out to Andy at the customer service email address and he was able to get back to me super quickly and we were able to figure out a solution to make sure we had 2 chairs arrive in time for Christmas. The kids love the chairs….(I also find myself using them when the kids are not hogging them!). My youngest even came up to me and my husband to say, “those chairs are really cool.” We are very happy with our purchase.

I recently had the pleasure of experiencing the best customer service with this company. I encountered some issues with the levers on my chair and immediately reached out for assistance. From the very first interaction, their customer service team was exceptionally responsive, keeping in constant communication to understand and address my concerns. They worked to send my replacement parts. Out of all the sellers on Amazon and I use Amazon a lot this has been the absolute best experience.
What truly stood out was their commitment to ensuring that my experience was nothing short of excellent. They patiently worked with me every step of the way, demonstrating care to ensure resolving my issue. Chairs are very comfortable

Great product
The color I wanted was backorder, so they texted me within 24 hours to see if I wanted a different color. They said 5 weeks for delivery, and it was almost to the day.
Great color, super comfortable, lightweight and easy to adjust. Little to no setup; the cushion is not attached to the support part, but i unzipped the cushion and slid it inside. My only complaint (which is very minor) is that at 5'7 I can't sit with my legs fully extended. Very happy with my purchase.
I never write reviews, but I was nervous that the entire website was a scam so I want to reassure others who might be hesitant.

First of all, we're sorry for the out of stock of the sofa. The unexpected popularity of the yellow sofa resulted in a temporary out of stock, but we quickly restocked with new stock. We hope this didn't cause any inconvenience to you.
Regarding the size of the sofa you mentioned, we now have 2 versions to choose from. One is the regular version you buy, with a length of 175cm, and the other is the large version, with a length of 185cm.
In order to meet the needs of people of different heights, we expect to provide 3 versions to choose from in the future - children's version, regular version and large version. We also offer custom colors to match various styles of home decor.
Finally, thank you again for your love and affirmation of LOTATA. We know that many people were scammed by fake sellers, so we're working hard to spread our brand so that more people can experience the real foldable lazy sofa bed.

The order came fast
The order came fast! It was easy to put together and very easy to put in the position needed to relax. The blue color reminds me more of a jean jacket, but it matches my home and pillows. My first night I slept in it and slept like a baby. Great product, thank you! And great customer service!
