I purchased an emergency radio
I purchased an emergency radio, as we live parttime in FL. I googled this model & Lotz came up the cheapest. I called the company & Martin, the owner, answered. He assured me the radio was new & that shipping would be quick. He wasn't wrong! I have not gotten to try the radio yet, but I was most happy with dealing with this company & would definitely look for other products that they carry!!!

Small company worth giving a chance.
I cant express my gratitude for the customer service from Lotz Outdoors. Awkward name but they had what I was looking for. Also, when I had made a clumsy duplicate order, they had reached out to me to fix it. They reached out to me! That's going the extra mile.

The prices I got for pepper gel refill…
The prices I got for pepper gel refill canisters were nearly half what others were advertising them for. They arrived promptly, and Lotz was very efficient in updating me on the process. I was nervous about ordering from an online company I was unfamiliar with, but I'm very glad that I did, and shall again.
