They are so easy to work with, and my order was processed before I even expected them to receive it. Plus, the price seems very fair to me. Thanks, Lotus Media!

Lotus Media completed my large order in a matter of days and shipped everything back to me promptly. The pricing is very competitive and the digitized files were all labeled correctly and individually - something I was not expecting. Very much appreciated.

garbage. i would give zero stars if i could. asked a refund and they lied saying they sent it when in actuality, they kept my money. a mere $15 that i asked for back and I still didn’t receive it. they’re scammers and frauds and I deserve to have my money back, as i was patient and kind. But I am no longer feeling that way.

Excellent communication before, during and after project completion. Very happy with this service, we really appreciate the attention to detail and safe handling of converting our vhs tape to a dvd.

I have used Lotus Media many times before and the service is remarkably fast and professional. My emails are responded to almost immediately and any questions I have are answered in a friendly manner. I am so happy I found this service.

Super fast service and exceptional quality! We sent in a *20 year old* video cassette that a relative recently unearthed from the back of a closet. No one in the family had any idea what might be on it. We don't even remember anyone in the family ever having a camcorder. So, we wondered if we should just toss it out since, years ago, it was quite expensive to convert things. But, I ran into Lotus Media (on Amazon!) and, given their reasonable pricing, we decided to send our tape to them. So glad we did! Turned out there were several scenes of our daughter with her 4 young children. Our daughter passed away a few years after the scenes in the video. Her children (now grown) have often said they wish there were recordings of her voice so they don't forget the sound of her speaking. This recording not only has her voice but shows her moving around and interacting with her kids. I have shared it with all 4 of them. Priceless! Thank you, Lotus Media!

We actually thought this was a retail business and ordered a service pkg unknowingly. As soon as we realized they refunded our monies immediately. Would definitely do business with them when I'm ready to convert my old vhs etc. Actually looked up the business which is why I ordered. Very good ratings

Cannot recommend this service highly enough. We sent in 24 tapes, a mix of 8mm cassettes, MiniDV, and audio tapes; some of them more than 30 years old! The files we got back were incredibly high quality and the turnaround time was ridiculously fast (they told us 10 days, but finished in 2!). The audio/video files were delivered via cloud (Google Drive) and were neatly organized and labeled. They are shipping the original tapes back to us, too!
