If I could rate this with zero Star I would. It's been month since I claimed my $400 winning and still haven't received it I have contacted them only heard back a few times out of the hundreds of emails and they have gone silent I guess it's time I have to contact my lawyer to see what I need to do. I even told them just give me my winnings back to my game play account and I would request smaller funds since I for sure received my $100 winnings. But no response it's sad that I have to contact a lawyer over this little bit of winnings just cause they don't want to contact me back or send me my winnings or just return my winning to my game play account. It would be nice if they just returned my $400 winnings back to my game play account. I'm willing to work with them if they would stay in contact with me instead of my having to contact them just to remind them bout the damn shit.

I have $600 worth of redemption requested on this site, but it's been 3 months and no word. I will amend my review if "after matienaince" the updated site runs smoothly and honors and sends out the redemptions. I really need that money for my dog's surgery and it was heartbreaking having to put it off waiting for a payment that will never come. Please do better.

I’ve been to a lot of casinos online and whatever and this one is so bad when it comes to everything really they owe me almost $600. They haven’t paid me in almost a month now to get a response back from anybody is trying to get blood from a stone as much as I like it there it there’s no way I could recommend it to anybody don’t pay them anything because you will not get paid back.

If i could give zero stars i would! Ive been waiting for my 175.00 redemption since April 3rd 2026. Whenbi contact customer service i get no response and every other week now the site has been down for "maintenance" this site us just like dingdingding stealing people's money.

I’d give 0 stars if I could. Put in for redemption on April 21, 2026. Never got a confirmation or anything that it was processing. Next day, went on to check and conveniently the site was “under maintenance”. Today is May 4, and it’s the first day the page actually loaded without the “under maintenance” which was the only thing I could see in that time span. Never had any contact from them, no email responses to which I’ve sent a few. I’ve reported them to: * Federal Trade Commission (FTC) * Better Business Bureau Scam Tracker * Domain registrar abuse department * Website hosting/network abuse contacts * Additional public consumer fraud reporting platforms Don’t waste your time here! I promise it’s not worth it.

AVOID! Horrible site!!! I have been waiting for a $200 redemption and customer service does not respond. Perhaps everyone can file a class action suit against them. Also, their Facebook is Lott-O-Fun Too which they update. So they see that but just ignore everyone. Everyone report them on the FTC site.
