Excellent and prompt support

When in business we have a tendency to keep a list of other business's that are always there when you need help. Lothill Solutions is one of those on my list. With my software they always are there to bail me out of trouble and I do appreciate them.....thanks James.....once more.....

We have had Cash footprint for several months now and I will highly recommend them to any one looking for a great POS system. If ever I have a question or concern I can email and they will get back to me quickly. They are amazing at answering any type of question or helping with any issue. Seriously the best customer service out there!

We spent weeks looking for a fully functional pos system that didn't try to charge us for things we didn't need. After reviewing several, we tried Cash Footprint and were more than satisfied. Our inventory contains over 1000 products and CF works flawlessly. Also Lothill's customer support has went above and beyond in helping us get setup several times.

Feels like I know them forever, They help me to make the best decision ever for buying Professional CashFootPrint. I was very picky - had many questions and for two weeks we just made back and fourth conversation. They never got tired in answering all of my Questions, over and over again before I made my decision. I am looking to have a long lasting experience with them. The best feature in my decision making is that I get the CD with the program and do not have to have monthly fees over and over again. It's been 8 months since I have been using Cash Footprint and it is been my proud purchase. Hardware: Cash Footprint comes with POS-X hardware which is of TOP notch quality & build. Software : VERY SIMPLE and reasonable to suit your every need. I have used every (what if's) situation and I have been satisfied with it's responses. With Cash Footprint you do not need a seperate Inventory or Loyalty software, it's bundled into the system. Customer Service : All of my issues have been resolved within the time frame I expect it to be and that's how I would grade it to be EXCELLENT. If it's not an emergency I would recommend email your issues exactly and you should get your resolution within a day. Overall : I find Cash Footprint a great POS thanks to the TRUST PILOT reviews.

We are amazed at how well CashFootprint is working!. The support is next to none, and truly appreciated. We could not ask for a more streamlined and user friendly system. Our company is very small, and the fact that we can have POS and inventory in one program without having to be online is perfect for us (although the option is there for the future) Thank you to tech support for going beyond the call of duty to help us get up and running efficiently & quickly, when we had to transfer information from another program and didn't know what we were doing!
