The customer service representative her name is Cali she’s the best they have one Customer Service agent and she does a better job than most of these companies that have 100 Customer Service people if you can’t get her when you first call and you leave a message she will get back to you and in today’s age that’s a rarity most of these other companies out here they don’t even respond to emails. This company always does.

Overall review
I enjoy reading up and deciding what to fit into my routine when it comes to herbs. Every product item has plenty of information to understand what your getting and how it works, even it's history. I really like the tinctures, a very easy and quick method of taking herbal supplements. I also like powdered formulas, Black Maca tastes great to me, I look forward using it each morning. I will stick with Lost Empire, the products are great, and I'm starting to see and feel results from my purchases.

Better than all the rest!
As a 78 year old male 'Kiwi' I find I'm thriving on Lost Empire Herbs- my regulars being He Shou Wu, Bacopa, Lion's Mane, Pine Pollen, Nettle Root, Ashwaganda, Shilajit Resin and Gynostemma Tea. I've found over many years that Logan is dedicated to producing the best and purist herbs available, and even better, the extensive research he puts in is all made available on the website and through downloadable booklets like 'Performance Herbalism'. Highly commendable!
