The products are fantastic which is also reflected in the prices. They were one of my favorite herbal companies, but I had to go around and around with three or four people within the company about a service issue. It didn't seem like anybody had a proper response for what was going on so I was left in the dark for about 2 weeks. Then they did they found out what the problem was when it could have been resolved much sooner. They were gracious enough to just give me my order for free to make up for the terrible experience. All I can say is get a tracking number. Also they need to be able to check their voicemails and they should be returned back within 24 hours. You want to charge top dollar you need to provide top service. I've been in retail for decades, and they made it right I'll order from them again but with hesitation as far as our customer service is concerned

I am seeing some good results
I am seeing some good results. There are so many different herbs and it gets confusing. Because everytime I receive an email with a new type of herb, it seems to me that it's repetitive to one herb to another.
