Customer service sucks
Customer service sucks. They are very slow to respond to emails, if at all but they are sure you get plenty of company spam. They blacklisted me when I refused the package due to lack of response on their part.

Sometimes customers suck. I write this for anyone else reading. He ordered with regular shipping and then refused the package when it came he felt it took too long. It really took only a regular amount of time. We refunded him but he ALSO filed a chargeback. He basically stole from us. And that is why we blacklisted him.

My experience
I am a 61 year old male in good health but wanted a little help with energy and libido so last year I tried the Tongkat Ali and pine pollen tincture. It was helping some but not as good as I had hoped, but oddly when I ran out and quite taking it then my energy and libido went through the roof and lasted about 3 months. So here I am again taking it for about 3 weeks now and again it is ok but not great, hoping it will do like last year and really kick in when finished. Can you give me an explanation of why this worked for me in this way?

That's fascinating! I have not heard that from other people, but as we always say, the herbs affect people differently. I could only hypothesize as to why that happened. Probably has something do with feedback loops on hormones in the body, and that the herbs triggered your body to upregulate things in a way that kept on going strong after you stopped.

The first week I tried a daily …
The first week I tried a daily evening shake of maca tonk Kat Ali Nettle and Nettle root.I could tell the difference by day 4. I had more energy and stamina. I am now cycling weekly between the tong Kat Ana the nettle root.
