My blessing
Currently I am taking at least three different herbs at one time. I am 68 and very active. Working a forty plus hours per week places a lot on this body, so these herbs are a god sent blessing. Overall I’m very happy with Lost Empire. I’ve been impressed with shipping times and the quality of products. Things are a little pricy however and my latest order did not arrive when expected. I’ll continue to give them my business and highly recommend them to friends and family.

Could be better
Been taking Phoenix and spartan every morning in my smoothie its working for me but I tried spirulina and couldn't handle the taste only took a few tablespoons out of $60 tub I bought tried contacting customer service several times through website only response was try mixing it with juice even though it says satisfied or money back I ended up throwing the whole thing in garbage along with my $60

Robert, I am so sorry to hear you disliked the spirulina. In the future, you are welcome to return it to us and we will do our best to find you a solution. Although you are clearly a VIP if you were able to purchase the Spirulina, you are aware we do not typically give refunds on those products. The satisfied or your money back guarantee is for all of the items on our regular website and not VIP items. My apologies if there was any confusion there. Another option for you with spirulina, in the future, would be to encapsulate it to avoid the taste but enjoy the many benefits.
