Hello, I have ordered from the website and there was an error in the website and I emailed you in your other email and they said there is an error on the website so I had to cancel it. I ordered again but the error is still there and I paid by PayPal but I still haven’t received any confirmation about my order and I would like to know the process of my order because it is still on pending status. I really would like to try your product but if the customer service is bad it makes me put it into consideration and might cancel my order I’m trying to reach your from many places like Instagram and your other email but no one is responding! Change in product. Phone number is NO Longer in Service
As of 15 October, their contact phone number is disconnected/"not in service at this time" I'd previously ordered one of their products on amazon numerous times. After the product worked well, decided to order the same product directly from the company. OOPS. the new lot of herb is DISGUSTING and I am unable to consume it. In order to get a refund, I emailed twice and received no reply. I called the contact phone number on the website and their facebook page. Disconnected/No longer in service. I will be filing a claim with my bank today, and allow them to handle it from here.

Working through the different herbs…
Working through the different herbs until I found the combo that worked for me was educational. I learned much from the trial and how my body was affected. No negatives. Great herb information on the website. It was helpful and truthful. You must experiment and find what works for oneself.
