hi everything is very good products but…
hi everything is very good products but sometimes you get allowed to a vip area from which I bought at the time I believe I had just filled out the questionnaire/profile in the profile I put down that I am a US navy veteran and a 911 paramedic in nyc. on on going back to the website the next time I could not navigate to the vip area that I had been in on the last visit.

Good herbal products, really poor customer service
Update: As per their response, I have received email about refund. But no refund and it has been over 10 days. Payment was via PayPal. It shouldn't take more than couple of days. Why on earth did I ever order from them! —--------------------------------------- I purchased ebooks, but didn't find them to be satisfactory. Raised refund request, no response in 2 weeks. Sent email, no response. The refund guarantee is a fraud. I am reasonable.. I have used other products and never requested a refund unlike many who try to exploit the guarantee. But false guarantee and poor customer service just don't sit well with me.
