Awesome company and awesome customer…
Awesome company and awesome customer service. They are very authentic which is difficult to find these days with soooo many rip-off companies floating around. They are providing high quality herbs and excellent articles online+ newsletters. I personally haven't experienced much improvment in my low libido sitaution, which is cuz all of us are different with different DNAs. Maybe using them longer might help

I am pleased with the herbs that I have purchased. One suggestion I have is on the front label of the package of each individual herb it would be helpful to have a more instructive panel in slightly larger font. Also somewhere on the packet instructions for storage. You do have all this information on the website but I find that I need to be reminded so on the packet is the best place. They have the best products because I tried a lot of them. They are effective and work very well on your body. The most important factor that they do lab tests on all their products especially for metals. I highly recommend the.

Orders process quickly and they keep…
Orders process quickly and they keep you posted on the status of your order. But the shipping is brutal. It was too long even before Covid. Takes 3-4 weeks to get to you. I admit that recently my pine pollen tincture arrived sooner than the powder, so it’s not all bad. A year or two ago i ordered a product and it took so long to arrive i wrote to the customer service about it. Their answer : « Thanks for the heads up Alain ». Got the point? Not a bad company by any means, mind you, and the product is in good condition when it does arrive... but they don’t put huge efforts on the shipping part of the deal and that bugs me a little. Good enough company and i will order again. Good product, good packaging. Just know that you have to brace yourself for some awaiting :) Alain
