No response from Logans family i.e. his support staff
Order # 861998 on 27th April - Have been chasing on my shipment with no updates on route or USPS, LEH has not responded to my query whether or not if I will receive my shipment. Even the route packaging is billed when it should be under buyer protection. Very disappointed with their service. Last option would be to fill out the refund form.

If you order is still being held by customs, it may due to unknown regulations for the importing country, insufficient address, insufficient addressee information, etc. We may not know the reason for the delay and at times may take longer than expected for international orders. Phoenix formila
Tried the pine pollen and it gave me lots of energy and made me felt great. So I decided to try the Phoenix formula. Phoenix formula makes me feel lethargic and often times gives me a headache.

I've been taking it every day since…
I've been taking it every day since receiving the product,, well over a month and no results yet. Haven't felt anything so I'm disappointed.
