This company provides great research & info to its client base. But I'm out and so are all of the friends of mine that use their products due to the way they responded to someone's issue about Chinese made products. There are many alternatives, by the way for Chinese made pine pollen, Canada has a very fine product for those who are also boycotting CCP manufacturing.

Hello AJ, We absolutely hear your concern and want to make sure you know we care. Your health is paramount to us here! We do independent lab testing on all of our herbs, including for heavy metals. We have a grading system that is more strict than most, and you can see how all of our herbs stack up on this page: https://lostempireherbs.com/heavy-metals/ Rest assured, we will not put anything out that falls beneath these standards. (On that note, if you are buying herbs or supplements from other companies, you should look to find the same kind of testing results) We also engage in ID testing on everything we sell! On each and every product page you can click on the Lab Results tab and see all of our lab results straight from the independent labs we worked with. Herbs coming from China and elsewhere are a real concern, but we do our part to make sure you have nothing to be concerned about. Lastly, we've been made aware of an operation in Canada but it costs 20 times as much as our current supplier. Considering we're still a small, family owned operation, the higher cost is not feasible for us, but perhaps it could be reconsidered sometime in the future! For the time being, we will continue to do our due diligence to ensure the products we put out are safe for both our customers and ourselves.

A COMEBACK FROM FRUSTRATION
ORIGINALLY I TRIED TO PURCHASE A PRODUCT PER A GIVEN COUPON----COULD NOT COMPLETE THE PURCHASE. E-MAILED LOST EMPIRE HERBS AND CALLIE RESPONDED IMMEDIATELY AND KINDLY SENT ME ANOTHER COUPON--TRIED TO EXECUTE THAT COUPON AND AGAIN COULD NOT COMPLETE THE PURCHASE------DECIDED TO CALL LOST EMPIRE HERBS AND 'LORD AND BEHOLD' A CALLIE ANSWERED THE PHONE----SHE IMMEDIATELY RECTIFIED THE SITUATION AND I WAS ABLE TO COMPLETE THE PURCHASE WITH HER WHILST BEING ON THE PHONE , WITH THE UNDERSTANDING, THAT SHE WOULD RE-IMBURSE ME PER THE COUPON REQUEST. NEVER HAD THIS PROBLEM IN THE PAST, BUT THIS WAS WHAT I CALL A COMEBACK,i.e. IMMEDIATE RESOLUTION---LOST EMPIRE REIGNS AGAIN----I THANK YOU FOR YOUR PROMPT ATTENTION, AS USUAL.
