Lots of information about the product
Lots of information about the product. The quiz helped me to select the best herbs for my individual needs. My son is taking the pine pollen and I ordered the Athena formula. I am even giving a very small amount to my neutered elderly dog to see if it helps his physical condition.

Sleep
I recently have had trouble getting to sleep at night. I have tried Lemon grass herbal mixes, Tryptophan mixes, and of course Melatonin with just a little success. I tried the Ashwagandha tincture from Lost empire herbs and I seem to reach more for this before going to bed at night. Good dreams and deeper sleep seems to be happening now!
