They dont pitch stories, only writes their own.
I thought that they were good because of their Instagram. So I contacted them and paid their minimum PR campaign cost. But they didn’t do anything they promised me by the phone. They said that they would pitch my story to 10 outlets but turns out I got only 2 written by their operator. They didn’t pitch anything, just kept saying that they were waiting a response from the blogs where they pitched but nothing happened. I should have run my own campaign instead of relying on this agency. The worst is their streaming campaign, which is just fake streams that caused Spotify to remove my songs.

We also don't service clients from Brazil so it would have been impossible to work together. You must have worked with either someone falsely claiming to be us or this is just a fake review. Another key indictor of that if your mention of "fake streams" but we only provide 100% organic playlisting services so it would be impossible for you to have received any fake traffic or that your song would have been taken down. Also the claim "they didn't pitch anything" is just made up as each client we take on for a PR campaign gets a full media cycle and a minimum amount of guaranteed PR lands from us. I suggest reviewing which profile you left this on and finding the right one!
