No Response of the Attonorney they assigned The call center was great, then they assigned an attorney that would call me before 24 hrs (Douglas N Harty), it never happened. I called him three times and his assistant told me that she would call me back en 20 minutes.... never happened! I called again and the assistant did not let me talk to the attorney, she wanted all the story.... at the end she was rude and told me that because my daughter did not die, my problem was not appealing to them or any other lawyer... she has no idea of customer service. Bad experience.
