I just called Los Defensores and was given a consultation only to speak with a receptionist (not an attorney). The receptionist declined my case and I was not given another chance. According to management, you only get 1 chance at seeking legal help from them which is why I'm giving a low rating.

Joe Gonzalez es un abogados estafando a la jente. Me da mucha tristesta y no se como duerme JOE GONZALEZ sabiendo lo que esta asiendo es robo. Estoy pidiendo que me regresen mi dinero. Do not hire this lawyers. Their communication is very poor, I only spoke with a lawyer once. Just for him to tell me I didn’t have a case and learned many months later I did had a case. I’m thinking the lawyers there don’t have much interest in their clients and they are there just for the money. They did nothing for me other than just collect a big portion of my money. Also at the end, took them for ever to send me my check by “regular mail”. It’s my fault for not going back to my previous attorney, I just wanted to give them a chance because they also speak Spanish but I regretted now. The only good thing they did was to find me a great chiropractor for my treatment.

I had a case with them.I was very disappointed with them,Every time i call they put me on hold for a long time and most of the time transfer me to another line and hung up.Left messages never return my calls.Will never use them again or recommend.

Pues al principio todo parecía bien, nos enviaron a alguien rápido, cuando comenzó el caso después y que comenzamos nuestra terapia nos dijo el abogado que iba a luchar por que tuviéramos la mejor cantidad posible, a los 3 meses termino la terapia, y luego comenzaron que a negociar, tardo casi 5 meses no contestaban y cuando llegaron al fin al acuerdo nos enviaron los papeles, y en realidad nos dimos cuenta ellos trabajaron para su propio beneficio no para nosotros como habían dicho, de la cantidad total me quede con menos de $500 dólares y ellos con más de 3 mil o 4 mil, yo sé ellos cobran su parte pero nunca fue justo como decían que era 1/3
